Our leadership team has a combined 50+ years of experience in real estate investing starting in 2007.

    Larry Kite, founder and CEO of REI Capital Group, is a real estate investor, entrepreneur, educator, and business strategist with a passion for helping faith based investors build wealth through apartment syndications and commercial real estate.

    Larry began his career in entrepreneurship and real estate in 2007 with a focus on building scalable systems, identifying high-value opportunities, and helping others grow both financially and personally. Over the years, he has developed expertise in multifamily acquisitions, capital raising, asset management, and operational systems designed to maximize property performance and investor returns.

    In addition to leading REI Capital Group, Larry is passionate about coaching and educating investors on apartment investing, business growth, leadership, and financial freedom.
